Anthony Javazon, a prominent Entrepreneur in Denver for more than 15 years, had a dream. An accomplished home chef, he wanted to open a restaurant, family owned and operated, to share his kitchen skills with families, friends, and travelers. His dream was realized this year (2007) when he opened Cantina Margarita. The son of a Parisian, Anthony has the necessary expertise to recognize and produce exceptional dishes that exceed expectations and delight the most educated pallet.

Cantina Margarita offers wonderful, creative real Mexican cuisine from the states of Jalisco, Sonora and Michoacan, to name a few. The freshest and healthiest ingredients (no trans-fatty oil used here) fuse to make authentic dishes that delight the most particular guests. Portions are, of course, traditionally Mexican…huge. Prices are also traditionally Mexican…reasonable. A lunch menu promises to deliver your hot, made to order plate to your table within 15 minutes.

In addition, Cantina Margarita offers a beautiful environment with a fully stocked bar where tequila choices abound (as do all other popular beverages). Flat Screen TVs feature all sporting events including the NFL Ticket. The Denver Porker tour is enjoyed weekly.
